I would like to welcome you to the City of Wisconsin Rapids web site. On it you will find pertinent information about our city and all that it can offer to you and your business. Wisconsin Rapids prides itself in being a partner with all of our businesses, always working to assist them in every way possible.   

We have a proud history of being the home of coated paper and over the years we have welcomed a number of other industry sectors to our business and industrial parks. We are fortunate to have two Industrial parks and one Business Park. Please refer to Economic Development for additional information.   

I would also invite you to take a visual trip along our beautiful Wisconsin River. It is with great pride that we share this beautiful river with everyone that lives here or just stops in for a weekend visit. Our river front is accessible to all thanks to the generosity of the Consolidated Papers Board of Directors which had a great vision for this community many years ago. Our walking paths are wonderful any season and provide the opportunity to be physically active with the added attraction of the changing Wisconsin River.
